RAL 7021 is the color standard implemented by the German Reichs-Ausschuß für Lieferbedingungen und Gütesicherung (Imperial Commission for Delivery Terms and Quality Assurance) to paint tanks during World War II. It was discontinued from the RAL color system in 1952. The political monochrome returns to its origins in the Russian avant-garde - simultaneously ordering and feeling, flatness and void. There were four columns in the Courtyard of Honor of the New Reich Chancellery. They were placed 4.44 meters apart, center to center. They stood guard outside the Office of the Reich President 2295 days.
